The problem

A tradesman with his hands full misses about a quarter of the calls that come in. Most of those callers do not leave a voicemail. They scroll down and dial the next shop, and you never learn the job existed. That is not a marketing problem. It is a phone problem.

What we did about it

You dialed one code from your own phone. From then on, the calls you could not pick up came to us instead of dying in voicemail. A voice answered in your shop's name, worked out what the caller needed, how bad it was, and where they were, and texted you the whole thing before they had moved on. Calls you did answer never touched us.

Who ran it

Freedom Rings is a service of Pay Attention LLC, a small outfit in Glastonbury, Connecticut. Real people, reachable at a real email address, who answer their own phone. It would be embarrassing not to.

Where it stands

Freedom Rings is closed to new customers. The phone line is retired and nothing is billed. The people who built it are still here, and if your business needs something like it, we would like to hear about it.
