The problem

A tradesman with his hands full misses about a quarter of the calls that come in. Most of those callers do not leave a voicemail. They scroll down and dial the next shop, and you never learn the job existed. That is not a marketing problem. It is a phone problem.

What we do about it

You dial one code from your own phone. From then on, the calls you cannot pick up come to us instead of dying in voicemail. A voice answers in your shop's name, works out what the caller needs, how bad it is, and where they are, and texts you the whole thing before they have moved on. Calls you do answer never touch us.

Who runs it

Freedom Rings is a service of Pay Attention LLC, a small outfit in Glastonbury, Connecticut. Real people, reachable at a real email address, who answer their own phone. It would be embarrassing not to.
